How I Started:
I ran cross country and track in high school and college and have always had a super fast metabolism. I was ready for a change in my body. I was tired of running but wanted to remain athletic.
Why I Love It:
It improves my self-image. I love seeing changes in my body. It provides a true sense of accomplishment.

Looking to add size, especially to my arms and legs.
Goal (Long):
I hope to add about 25 pounds during this bulk phase. I will then go through a cut phase that hopefully will put me around 175 pounds and single digit body fat. I would also like to get my bench press to 300 pounds, my overhead press to 200 pounds and my squat to 400 pounds.
Great transformation, great service to his fellow bodybuilders and great attitude toward life. I'm not easily inspired or into handing these things out light-heartedly. This one is earned! His belief in God is the ultimate inspiration.
