My father got me into lifting when I was younger for sports then eventually I fell in love with it.
Why I Love It:
Working out is my life. I can't describe how much I love it. I love conquering the goals set. Setting new personal records. Getting bigger and stronger while at it and attaining all the looks you get from it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Whenever I need motivation, which is very rare, I like watching lifting videos, reading up some bodybuilding articles, and listening to my music or just reading and looking at pictures of my all-time hero and favorite bodybuilder Arnold Schwarzenegger.
BB Accomplishments:
None yet...
All my measurements posted here are taken with the muscles relaxed and on a rest day.

For me life is continuously being hungry. The meaning of life is not simply to exist, to survive, but to move ahead, to go up, to achieve, to conquer.

I have made a lot of great gains over the past 5 weeks and where they count. I put a 1/2 inch if not more on all my muscles and even lost a 1/4 inch off my abdominals. I was very stoked about that. The rest of my lifts are still skyrocketing each week. I'm going to start a new program...
This is my mass workout that I am currently on. My cardio is listed under my questions. I started this on March 10, 2008 and plan to continue it for at least 12 weeks. It is 5 days a week, Monday thru Friday, then weekends off and abs are performed 3 days a week. Also, the rep scheme stays...
my hair actually recede since I was 20++ years old.....so it's getting lesser since I got onto a regional role few years ago. so I trim them off. save time to shampoo/condition/gel my hair. HAHAH!!!!
That's exactly what I do with these dry a$$ chicken breast out here. It's on when I get back to Hawaii & start cooking for myself again. Got some work to do, holla at cha later.
I feel ya. I'm just not eating enough. I have to eat whatever they serve in the dinning facility & sometimes I don't like what they serve so I don't eat much. I've gained weight but kinda hit a wall. I'm gonna start forcing myself to eat more.
I'm eating ALOT more carbs trying to get up to 185.lbs. Lifting heavy also so we'll see what happens. Abs aren't important to me unless I'm competeing or have a photo shoot. I'm only doing one day of cardio. I still have pretty nice abs in the morning before eating & drinking water, they fade throughout the day but are still visible.
