13thapostle This is an update on "Operation Legs". I had put the freeze on training hard due to some type of flu that tried to take me out. Calves are stronger, but haven't grown. Thighs have grown 0.2". What I didn't want to blow up did, the backside. If that continues I'll be forced to fade out my favorite exercises, squats and dead lifts. We shall see. Apr 14, 2013 1:43pm

xxluuser no secrets, lol. but i do try to train legs twice a week, 1 push day, and 1 pull day. day 1 consists of heavy barbell squats, walking lunges, lunges on the smith machine, extensions, and leg presses. day 2 is deadlifts, sumo deadlifts, hammy curls, glute kickbacks, and weighted cable kickbacks. hope that helped! 13thapostle Check out my progress pics. The calves are worst of all. I've been working them for about 3 months solid. They are growing all though it doesn't look like it. You ever hear this joke. Are those your legs or are you riding a chicken? Yeah. That's me. The quads and hams are coming along, but slowly. Everything takes time as you know. Apr 5, 2013 1:03pm
