I had always been active when I was younger, but I never was serious about weight training. Upon graduating high school, I started getting into healthy foods and excercise magazines. From there I slowly began to incorporate a regular excercise and eating program into my life. But I still have a ways to go to reach my ultimate goals.
Why I Love It:
I like the way it makes me look, I like the way it makes me feel. I have gained a lot more confidence and my overall well-being increases when I regularly work out and eat healthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
Communities like this one. It is good to be a part of a group of people who may share some of your same goals and fitness interests. I also like to read health/fitness magazines and motivational books.
BB Accomplishments:
I have a fast metabolism. So gaining my first 15 lbs. was hard. But after adding that first 15 lbs, I feel that I can truely do it. So now it's on to the next 15!
