Wrestling got me into lifting, but eventually i looked into it and got hooked and I havent looked back since.
Why I Love It:
Personal Accomplishment. Seeing results from dedication, and dicipline. I know that not only will I acheive the look I desire, but I will be a stronger person for it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Changes in my body, compliments, and of course love of the sport.

Thomas, welcome to our family!!! You are a great addition to natural bodybuilding at its best! we are truely impressed with your professionalism. Your posing was dead on and your condition tops-- just need to continue and gain muscle. Thats what we are all going for. Congrats again on a great first show! keep in touch!!!!!!
Hola!! It's nice to meet you too! Thank you for all your support, Layne truly loves this sport and he is a huge advocate for what he believes in. My training is going pretty good. I recently had surgery so I am following the Dr's orders and so that has limited the amount of training that I can do. Layne is recovering beautifully. We are very blessed in the sense of how quickly he has been able to recover.

Thanks Thomas! I appreciate it! Awesome work on saturday as well! Its always nice to get one show under the belt, and Second place!! You looked awesome and seemed to be very confortable on stage, you dont really see that for people in there first show. I am not really sure of my plans. I am for sure doing the the show again next year and I might also do the Sacramento as well. Take care and train hard,
Luke
No problem bro, I'm glad you find them helpful! I want to give people good info so they don't have to learn the hard way like I did early on in my career.
