Why I Love It:
I like having more energy, sleeping better, and keeping up with my kids.

I motivate myself by knowing I will feel better and live longer. I want to be around to see my children's children.

Just dropped by to wish you well and to say: "Create and indelibly stamp in your mind a mental picture of yourself achieving your goal. Hold onto this picture tenaciously. Try never to permit it to fade. Visualize it often. Your mind will seek to develop this picture."
Hey Congradulations on your weight loss and your new healtheir life style. If I did the math right you are losing an average of 4 pounds a week right now of fat!
You have all of the inner strength that you need to achieve your goals. I received my much-needed transformation by following the Body for Life program, which is only 12 weeks and although not super easy it isn’t so hard that you can’t achieve your goals. I believe that if you challenge yourself to be the best that you can be the results will be well worth the effort. Let me know if I can be of assistance.
