I have always been an athlete. After having children I got confortable being big until one day I looked in the morror and didn't like what I saw. I was 198 pounds. I went from 198 t0 125, and NOW I am 141.8 I want my 125 pounds back lol! I'm going for it.
Why I Love It:
I loved the feeling and look I get from my running (cardio) and strenght training.
How I Stay Motivated:
I, Stay motivated from negative people. There are people that envy me just because I am being me. I am a big fan of Lenda Murry, Monica Brant, Tanji Johnson, Adela Garcia, Tosca Reno, Elaine Goodlad,Stacy Simons, Natalie Benson etc. My favorite athlete keeps me motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
I received a call from the publisher of Oxygen Magazine wanting to feature me in their section of "Future Of Fitness" section of their magazine in 2005.
I want to concentrate and stay focus on building more muscle, Improving my cardio workouts and loosing weight and cut body fat.
Goal (Long):
The female physique is amazing. I would like to sculpt my body into a work of art. I have always admired all ot the pro athlete in the Oxygen Magazine. I just wonder If I can lean out my body into a 125 pound muscular body with 12% body fat. i once had that body and I want it back lol! I know I can do it. I need 3 monthes to do this, And I bet I will look even better than I did before. With hard work and determination I know can do this.
