Background
I have always been an athlete. After having children I got confortable being big until one day I looked in the mirror and didn't like what I saw. I was 198 pounds. I went from 198 t0 125, and NOW I am 141.8 I want my 125 pounds back lol! I'm going for it.
I loved the feeling and look I get from my running (cardio) and strenght training.
