Goal (Long):
- I'M 5'10 AND TIP THE SCALES AT 230, NO WHERE NEAR ANYTHING RESEMBLING A NATURAL WEIGHT FOR MY HEIGHT. NOT THAT I NECESSARILY SUBSCRIBE TO A "NATURAL WEIGHT"..HOWEVER BODY COMPOSITION IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME A DROP TO 15% BF IS A GOAL BOTH ATTAINABLE AND WORTH WHILE..ALSO WOULD PUT ME IN EXCELLENT STRIKING DISTANCE FOR MY OTHER GOALS.

- CURRENTLY I CAN PUT UP 270 ONCE, I'D LIKE TO IMPROVE THAT BY 50LBS AND ALSO MAKE NOTABLE STRIDES IN OVERALL BODY STRENGTH
- JUST PASSED MY FITNESS EXAM FOR THE AIR FORCE....I BARELY PASSED THE NECESSARY 75 BY 2 POINTS....I'VE DECIDED TO MAKE THE AIR FORCE A CAREER AND BY DOING SO HAVE ALSO DECIDED THAT PHYSICAL FITNESS IS TO BE PART OF MY JOB....BOTTOM LINE, I HAVE TO GET BETTER AT MY JOB...IT CERTAINLY IS NOT GONNA GET ANY EASIER AS I GET OLDER AND AT 27 I'M STILL AT A PLACE IN MY LIFE WHERE I CAN MAKE THE BIG CHANGES IN LIFE
