Started training at the world famous Flex Gym in Virginia Beach where i grew up. For my birthday i asked for a gym membership and inevitably it led me to this great sport and strenth level. Trained at Flex until i moved here to Maryland 3 years ago..
Why I Love It:
its a feeling of accomplishment everyday that no other job can provide.
How I Stay Motivated:
i train alone and that motivates me. Understanding that the best thing the "iron" can do is resist each lift. i learn about myself every night.
BB Accomplishments:
Still being myself and humble is an accomplishment all in its own. I have competed in several Bench and Deadlift Classics and feel my strenth is both mental and physical.
Last night was an interesting event. I came home and took a rest and luckily was able to get on the local free wifi in my home (i still dont have internet since i moved) This ensures that i dont slack off watching cable TV or surfing the web while i should be training for a competition.
