The beginning of my new routine for mass. going from semi-scrawny to brawny. 175lbs
stick with my new MMA strength and conditioning progm.
Goal (Long):
"i want to be about 190lbs of lean muscle mass with a great increase in strength so that I can have a physical advantage when I go into law enforcement someday. i wa always the little guy in school, up to high school. time has flown by and im getting bigger slowly. i want to jump start this plateau and get big. i also want to strengthen my core beyond its limits. i want my abs to be a bit more enlongated as well as strong enough to endore what ever i put my body through, core muscles are key. basically i'm gonna treat my body like a ROLLERCOSTER for the rest of my life! hopefully i can get these results within the next 6-12 months. LETS GET IT!"

hey there, it's going well. Math is going well...plenty of work and struggle but oh well. I have another one of those pesky exams this week. It's almost over! I handle it like a workout, one more chapter, one more problem and the brain gets pumped! LOL. Hope all is well with you. ABS look great!
Its called a triskele. It symbolizes a lot of things, the three goddesses for one, and the shape of it is a classic shape meant for women (think ovaries and uterus) so it means fertility. Some say it also symbolyzes the trinity of life. Life, death, and reincarnation.
