hi just found your web sight and found your phots and stats really inspirational as i'm a very similar build to yourself have just completed my 2nd bfl challenge and still holding a bit of fat around abs, didn't want to lose that extra couple of pounds as until i saw your photos i thought it would make me look smaller but if you can look that big and sharp at your weight i'm gonna really push it even harder with the diet now, thanks darrell

ok..not to **** on your parade mate, but I can't believe that you werent exhaling when exerting yourself doing the presses...thats just basic weight lifting knowledge..other than that, good Transformation.
Dude, much respect!! That's some going. I've a question though... how'd you get your obliques and "V" in such good nick???!? Side bends? sit ups? Gravity boots!??! I'll upload my own pics soon, but your shape is what i'm aiming for. well done by the way
