By now i'm on a 12x1 warmup +6/8x4 using heart rate monitor for rests (usually under 1 min)
Every day i change the exercise pattern and type, so that my body never knows what i'm doing next.
Like a sudden attack it can't avoid.
I keep the rest times in 1 minute or under.

Martial Eating Method
A program designed by me on the scientific background of ISSA U.S.A. diet suggestions, it helps people getting closer to their bodies in an olistic way, so that they desire to eat clean rather than being forced to do so.
Martial Eating Method prevents muscle breakdown by adding enough calories from proteins but using different timed carbs to release energy during all day.
Meals are distributed over seven moments, so that you're never hungry, this means you're never make your body craving.
