I truely believe that Supplementation is a MUST. Although I am new to the game, I feel like I look 10 years younger.
I am still currently trying different brands, mainly because I am new to all of this. But I will list what I have tried and what I think of the products as I go. What I take has changed during the course of my transformation and I am sure will continue to evolve, as I move to Figure.
