Mondays shoulder and traps. cardio
3 sets 8-10 reps seated lateral reverse
3,8-10, standing barbell press
3,8-10, reverse peck-deck flies
3,8-10, standing front dumbbell raises
3,8-10, standing lat dumbbell raises
3,8-10, dumbbell shrugs
3,20, hammer strength machine shrugs
2,fail standing cable shrugs

Tuesdays Cardio.

Wednesday back and bi. cardio
3,10-12 standing e-z bar curls
3,10-12 seated incline dumbbell curls
3,10-12 seated one arm concentration curls
3,10-12 preacher curls
3,10-12 One arm cross body cable curl
3,12-15 standing cable curl (fast)
3,10-12 behind neck pulldowns
3,10-12 seated pulley rows
3,10-12 one armed dumbbell rows
3,10-12 T bar rows
3,10-12 close grip pulldowns

Thursday Cardio.

Friday chest and tri's. Cardio.
3,10-12 one arm overhead dumbbell extention
3,10-12 seated tri extention machine
3,10-12 concentration v-bar press downs
3,10-12 rope pressdowns
3,24 using w bar, vbar pressdowns switching at 12 to reverse grip pulldowns 12 no rest between switch ending at 24.
2,fail one arm cable kick backs

Sat-Sun rest days or light cardio
