Thanks breh. Yeah, training is going ok. Started a new job, so I'm trying to get used to the new hours, but I'll get back in the gym soon. Hope all is well with you too. Keep up the good work!

Not been up to much. Work, auditions, takin' a week off the gym. I think I may have tweaked the knee a bit. Some rest, and I'll be back in the game though. Debating wether, or not to start competing... Heard it's expensive, and really time consuming. What you think girl?? Take care, and keep up the savage hardware storage!

No worries bud! Training for me is mainly just a focus on intensity, form, rep range, and the correct weight! As far as dieting. I have a rule, if I have to ask myself it something is good for me... 99% of the time, it isn't!! High protein, low fat, low sugar, but keep those carbs up.

Good work brotha. That's what it takes. Up those cals, and lift heavy. The gainer is the best! Bulkin' up without all having to eat 2 tons daily. I would suggest to take whey right after the workout, and the gainer about 2 hours after that depending on when you workout of course. Take care breh. Do Work!!

That would be gnarly girl. I haven't been to a fight in a while. Last one was Liddel VS. Sobral in Vegas a couple years ago. Judging the fights huh? Sounds confusing... I'd rather punch a badger than judge. Take my chances you know? Take care girl. Keep up the moto! Do work!

No prob on the kind words. I don't have a camp yet, but I have a buddy that was going to hook me up at Next Level in Tigard here to get back into it. It's going to be cheaper than going anywhere else, so that's probably what I;ll end up doing. Hope all is well! Take care.

Doesn't take long to recover from cardio really. Lifting is only 3 days a week, but is hardcore training when I'm there. Definitely has been paying off! Gaining muscle, and staying lean, and that has been my goal from the start :) I need to update my picts though. Take care girl!

Not bad. Took it pretty easy this weekend. First week working out 7 days in a row in a long time.. Today is just sitting reading the personal training book and laundry... Oh yeah, I'm a wild child... Yours??

I'm glad that you don't work out at my gym... The only workout that I would get, would be picking my freakin' jaw up off the ground every 2 seconds. Still looking great girl!

Yeah, I try to be ha. I picked it up in the Marines, became an instructor, and have been hooked ever since. So many different disciplines we train in. Muy Thai, kickboxing, judo, jujitsu, tae kwon do, grappling, and so on. Makes you deadly from anywhere on the mat! Gotta hit the gym for now though girl. Put the MC hammer down on those abs!!

For sure girl. I'd love to trade secrets. My MMA has a lot of variations. I was an instructor in the Marine Corps, and that's where I picked it up. Before that it was all wrestling. Hard at first to get used to ground fighting coming from a specific background, but now I'm good standing, and on the mat. Latas :)
