High school wrestling is where I started. The hardest sport out there as far as I can see. Not an easy place to start, but builds tons of character, and discipline!
Why I Love It:
Simple... Arnold said it best.. "It's the Pump."
How I Stay Motivated:
Results, and the satisfaction of how I feel after I have trained my A$$ off at the gym.
BB Accomplishments:
Cutting some unwanted body fat before my photo shoot!
To lead by example, and be the best fit person I can be both physically, and mentally.
Goal (Long):
Long term goal is to gain 15 lbs with a desired body fat % of 5 ish. I am well on my way, but still have a lot to gain.. Mostly in the leg region. I am going to pack it on this winter while trying to stay lean! I've worked hard to get here, and will continue to put in the sweat, and blood at the gym. Any tips, comments are welcome!
I'm good bro thanks, working hard and training even harder. Trying to add weight at the moment so eating all the time and found a good weight gainer shake, which i started taking at the beginning of the week so I'll see if it makes a difference, hope so as trying to put weight on is a pain in the ass! Hit me back when you get a sec

I'll be at Pyzano's Thursday, tickets are $20.00 each but I can give them to you for $15 each. I am judging fights in Medford Saturday. The tickets I have are for May 30th in Salem. I enjoy judging, I get the best seat in the house. :)
I'll send you a private message with my # in case you want to get tickets from me on Thursday of this week or next. Keep Training Hard....
I've not heard of that camp. hmmm I will have to look them up. There are fights in Salem on the 30th if you'd like to go let me know and I can get you tickets. Hope you had a great weekend, keep training hard.
Bobby, thank you for excepting my invite. I see one of your hobbies is mma, have you fought recently in the area? I'm one of 3 female judges, do you have a camp you train out of?
Thank you for the compliment as well. Keep up the great work.

Hey there...thanks for the compliment. :) I see you used to wrestle...totally agree that it is a sport that can develop you as a person. I wrestled women's freestyle for the USA; it was hardcore and I LOVED IT!!! Hit me back when you have the chance.
