How I Started:
My roommate in the summer of 2006 had just gotten certified as a personal trainer and made me his pet project. I lost 20 lbs. of fat that summer and got hooked.
Why I Love It:
It's a great feeling to be fit. I believe a sound body is a prerequisite to having a sound mind. Looking better is a very nice bonus. :)
How I Stay Motivated:
I know there is lots of room for improvement, and I enjoy seeing the results of my hard work. I am also motivated by other guys at the gym and on here who have an amazing build; there's always something to work toward.
thanks for the comment. HIIT=high intensity interval training. Trying to get ripped as possible by maxing out my cardio. Hopefully won't lose too much muscle mass. Good luck with your goals.
Hey man, I see that you're looking for tips on beefing up your chest, well from my experience I'd say that any exercise that targets that area is good. What you might wanna think about is focusing solely on your chest 1 day per week and doing 4 x 10 reps on about 4 -5 different chest exercises. That'll swell it up for sure!
