I used to work at In shape City, a local gym in my hometown. I loved it, but after moving away, my heart wasnt in it.I have had 4 more children and lived in Los Angeles for 10 years. I reciently moved back to this shabby little city to regroup and with none of my friends out here and nothing to do, I figure Its my time to concentrate of me again. Ive gained alot of weight after having twins. Im ready to shred it!!
I would like to have a well defined body. I am interested in the mind body connection. I want to get into the best shape of my life, and stay that way. I want to lose about 23%body fat and lose about 80 lbs.This time I am taking time out to do it all No more short cuts!

I work out every morning for 14 days I rest on day 15 and start all over again.

Mondays are Legs and back
Tues Interval training for an hour
Wed Arms and back
Thurs Jump Training
Fri Shoulders and tricepts
Sat Quats abs
Sun Cardio
Thanks for the birthday wishes! You have made such great progress! I wondering do you need more patience or the diet plan? LOL! I'm amazed at the changes. Keep pushing. I have some things I've shared with people if you would like them. Some of the strategies I use might be of assistance. Take care and hang in there.
