How I Started:
I used to work at In shape City, a local gym in my hometown. I loved it, but after moving away, my heart wasnt in it.I have had 4 more children and lived in Los Angeles for 10 years. I reciently moved back to this shabby little city to regroup and with none of my friends out here and nothing to do, I figure Its my time to concentrate of me again. Ive gained alot of weight after having twins. Im ready to shred it!!

I work out every morning for 14 days I rest on day 15 and start all over again.
As Of 3/15/09
Mondays are Legs and back
Tues Interval training for an hour
Wed Arms and back
Thurs Jump Training
Fri Shoulders and tricepts
Sat Quats abs
Sun Cardio

I do all workouts for at least 1 hour a day....

Thanks for the birthday wishes! You have made such great progress! I wondering do you need more patience or the diet plan? LOL! I'm amazed at the changes. Keep pushing.
