start with deadlifts...
10reps x 2 sets 2 warm up then i put 20kg plates on each side and go as heavy as i can go... but i dont max out 1st heavy set and i do 1rep after warmups. :)
then just normal... wide grip pulldowns, close grip, dumbell rows... and so on..
always train hard

thanx bud. sorry for late reply..
havent been checking my comments....
its just eating right and i use a supplement that has carbs and protein.. whey would probably make me more ripped but not gona compete now so dont need it now.. been off for about 2 and half months now from training.. started 3days ago :) so my muscles r SORE!! but ill get in shape soon. wil post pics when i am...

gona go away for a week or 2.. gf`s parents asked me to go camp with them by the beach.. but theres no gym :( oh well.. i guess i hav 2 go hey... haha u look good urself. how long hav u been training?

its my 2nd time that i deadlifted this year.. so i guess its ok.. hehe
i stoppped deadlifting last year november but u goto do it and i love it :)

hehe if its your way of doin it then its your way :) i just dont want high bodyfat because i dont wana dieet that long so i try to stay kinda lean all year round.. but diff things work for diff ppl..
