Why do you think its healthier? I thought we were not supposed to eat so many calories in one sitting. But I am interested in it, maybe I could try it.

Good to see another person doing the warrior diet. I got the book years ago and it just made sense to me but was never successful implementing it. This is my first time giving it a solid go round. I started on Jan 2nd 2009. I am doing a total fast during the day and so far I am loving it. Down 4 lbs 1st week and my strength endurance has already improved.
