Things are progressively getting better! I'm amping up my routine, cuz I'm in that "TIME TO GRIND" mindset!

im better. i had surgery last month, so I'm slowly getting back into the gym. I have some work to do to get back on track. how r things with u? when is ur next comp?

It's going well. I've noticed strength gains, and I'm increasing the duration of my workouts. I've had minimal size gains but I have to improve my diet and UP my calories BIG TIME! I believe you've got about 8 or 9 weeks until comp., so are you acheiving your targets?
