I went to the Arnold Classic in March 2006 and was blown away by how much of a following body building developed. I've been hooked ever since....
Why I Love It:
I love the intense feeling generated by watching my body transform in the middle of an intense workout.

You have to have goals. Without them, you're running in random circles.
BB Accomplishments:
Getting cut up for a photo shoot with a 10 day window. I had to overshoot the strictness of my diet and training routine to hit my goal of a 6-pack in 10 days.
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I jacked up my shoulder and neck muscles from overstraining during an intense shoulder routine. I was confused as to why it happened because it was in the middle of a long lasting monthly work out plan. What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
2 body parts per day. Mix up parts bi-weekly. 5-6 days a week. Maximize reps (10-15), 4 sets with slightly lower weight. I feel its best for getting ripped.
