I'm gonna change some muscle group pairings. I'm gonna go with Chest & Abs, Back & Shoulders, off day, Biceps & Triceps, Legs & Abs, 2 off days. I just switched Biceps with Shoulders and moved Legs & Abs to workout 4. Only a minor change but I'll go with this for a few...
This is what I've been doing for my weekly routine. I workout 4 days a week. I usually keep my workouts between 50-60 minutes. I workout 2 days, off 1 day, workout 2 days, & then off 2 days.
