Had baby #2 Nov 24th, an 8lb 9oz boy. "Only" (LOL) gained 48lbs this time around... time to get it all off again!

Background
I originally got started lifting as a college Ice hockey player. I played for all 4 years but I haven't got on the ice nearly as much as I would like since then! Last summer I got pregnant with my and my husbands first! Unfortunately I was tired and lazy during my pregnancy and have had complications since then so I couldn't get back to the gym until 9 months postpartum (jan 09) I had my baby girl 4/4/08. I lost all 60lbs I gained during my pregnancy, but now I need tone up a lot! I want to get my old body back and then some!
It gives me energy, makes me feel good, helps me in my sport...

My husband has been getting back into lifting the last few months and seeing his commitment and progress is definitely motivating! Going to the gym together every day and having someone there to push me is great!

Well... just look at her!! She had a young child and has managed to look totally smokin' hot! And I know for a fact that she pushes herself really hard to acheive what she wants. Too bad I'm 1 lbs higher than her on the bench but.... whatever, she'll catch up... one day! (LOL, just teasing! You rock and you know that I mean that!)

When I need inspiration I look at Bluelinersgirl. Look at her mommy figure! Its exactly what I am striving for! I look at her body and think, 'she has a baby?'. She also was one of the first people to reach out to me and tell me I could do it!!
