How I Started:
I was 6'1 and 155lbs (and most of the weight in my legs) so I decided to get in shape in order to gain confidence.
Why I Love It:
Seeing and feeling the progress over time feels good, knowing I accomplished something.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the results!
BB Accomplishments:
Having shoulder problems from overtrainning when I was a teenager (competitive badminton), I corrected the problems and ended up benchpressing 185 lbs. It sounds small, but to me, that limit felt amazing to break.

At 18.2% body fat...lots of work to do!
I slipped a bit for 4 days on the diet. Got to get back to it 100%!
No problem. You look like you've got the composition to be able to get real swole. So good luck and keep up the good work! BTW - I read you said most of your weight was in your legs. Same here. I'm at 200 lbs as of today and don't have a lot to show for it in the upper body. My legs are VERY heavy though still not huge. Be happy when the upper body says "ok let's catch up" haha!
