Wanted a better lifestyle and found it a superb way of dealing with stress as well as focusing the mind on what is important.

I am results orientated and lifting gets results!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Ipod shuffle, support from my wife, the feeling after working out, Kickboxing classes and fellow BB members really give me inspiration and motivation to stick at it!

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
The good old fashioned curl. You can beat an egg but you cant beat it.

I did not build up the weight I was lifting gradually and so would get discouraged very quickly.
