ab flex - Taken at the end of my first week following the Muscle & Fitness 2008 Rock Hard Challenge. I've been using the High-calorie day diet and have gained a few pounds so far. I have been back in the gym for 3 weeks now. I've only done cardio 2 days in the last 3 weeks. this picture - 165 lbs.

Alright, I'm finally posting a picture of my weakest body part - my legs. This is the part of my body that I want to improve the most. Here I am 174 lbs and I don't have a pic of my legs when I started, but I have made progress in these 8 weeks. Hopefully the progress will continue...

09.06.08 - 173 lbs - flexed. Beginning of Week 9. Not much difference than last week's picture like this, but my arms are facing so that there is a better view of my forearms, and the veins are showing a little better this week. 1 lb lighter than last week.

Down a few pounds, but still stronger than last week. Still haven't started cardio. Didn't use no-xplode on this workout, used Gakic (8 pills) & it was ok. still need to improve my abs...

I think it shows how I need to lean up my midsection and it also looks like my pecs are uneven (maybe the way I was standing or holding the bag), and it shows how well my veins are showing through. I can't wait to see how much my chest, arms, & shoulders can improve over the next 3 months during my bulking session.

194 lbs - I'd like to think there is some progress here. Now I just need some abs to go with the rest. Can't wait to see where I can get to by Spring Break. I've never had a 6-pack and I intend to see it for the first time spring break '09.

Completely relaxed on day 1 of the Gaspari Mitotropin Program. 183 lbs. SIDE NOTE: I had thought that my chest was asymetrical, but you can tell by the above picture that it is opposite of this picture. I must have not been completely relaxed without realizing it.

This is a relaxed pic of my abs, or what should be abs. I had hoped to have a 6-pack by spring break, but looks like I'll have to adjust my goal to summer. I've started consistent cardio, which I have not done yet so hopefully that'll be the key!

So here are my ab shots. I have been working my but off. Cardio every day, immaculate diet, & training my abs 2-3 times a week. They aren't where I want them to be, but I'm making some progress.

Getting better! Still need to burn off some more fat that is still covering them up, and continue to train them to build up my core. Can't wait to see what they look like in another month. I'm going to keep working them hard.

Took this after a 1 hour run this morning before breakfast. I'm going to get these abs in shape! (I did have my one cheat meal for the week last night - 5 pieces of pizza - gotta limit that stuff)
