I first started with football but was never too consistent...one day it all clicked, I realized me goals and now finally I've started to stick to a healthy diet and lift as much as possible
Why I Love It:
It's a lot of fun and I love to see my body transform. It's hard work but the results really show. I also love the feeling of accomplishment.

Because I am in college, I'm pretty limited to what I can eat. As of now, my favorite dessert is cottage cheese with a half-scoop of protein. What are your secrets for making healthy food taste great?
Fresh fruit if I'm craving sweets and herbs and spices if I'm cooking up something a bit more savory. I also use sweeteners every once in a while if I'm feeling it
