Last night's bicep/lat workout incredible! Am in current two set regime for three weeks. But, even there, gained six reps (over prior workout) for two sets on dual pulley machine - had great pump! Will keep you posted on progress!

Wow! Your bicep of today is fantastic, man! I just got mine back to 15". My bicep workout is this Saturday. I'm burning the image of your "gun" into my brain for inspiration. Hell, I'm gonna a print it out and take it with me to my workout!
