Some friends and I where talking about how we needed to get back in good shape again. I hadnt worked out in about 6 months, so it was time to start back up.
Why I Love It:
Great stress relief. Gives me more energy and makes me feel much stronger and healther. And of course looking good and getting compliments!
How I Stay Motivated:
Physical results keep me well motivated, as well as the awesome feeling after an intense workout and definitely the compliments.
BB Accomplishments:
Lost 15# of body fat. Much stronger and starting to finally burn off ab fat.

BlueEyedBoy12updated Fit Status "Finally back in the gym 2morrow after the doc had me out for a week with strained lower back muscle. Time to step it up!"
I want to drop my BF % to 4%, gain 10 pounds of muscle, and burn all the fat off my abs before the start of summer. I also need to strengthen my lower back to help take care of my back pains.
Steve has incredible determination and dedication. Most of all I idolize his abs. My own ab routine is derived from his workouts, plus a few others I have made good progress with. Truely an inspiration and a fitness idol!
How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
Im in the gym everyday, therefore Im not at home where my family drives me crazy! lol

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you in your career?
Huge benefit. I work in a warehouse and drive a truck between our two inter-city plants, and transfering boxes and moving pallets all day has become much easier since keeping up my fitness.

Why I like this video: This ab routine looks intense! I will throw a little bit of these in my workouts this week. You gotta have extremely strong abs to do the elevated torso crunches he does. Simply AMAZING!
hey hey! Things are good here. I know how you feel, I dont take too much time off-pretty consistent, but when i do, it doesnt ake too much to get back in the game. How are you doing?
