I know, I know, I need a new pic. I just haven't had a chance to get around to it. I'm in the process of a few changes that keep me from BB.com more than I'd like to be but that should change soon.
Not much change in the body to show off anyway. Only thing is I'm having some lower back...
Hey blue! Be sure to go check out my LJ today when you get a chance. It's the one I gave you the link to via PM several weeks ago. If you lost the link let me know and I'll PM it to you again. thanks! ;-)
Hey Blue, yes I'm still here girl. Thanks for the blog comment. I read your recent entry, and I hope that you're feeling better. I get excited about Spring as well, so I know how you feel. The bright sun(without humidity) and beautiful colors just makes me feel good. Try to keep your curtains wide open so that plenty of sun will shine through your home, and give aromatherapy a try. Both will help lift your moods. :) T
I DID it! And no one laughed at me or said anything negative-quite the opposite-I almost started crying because everybody was so happy to see me :)Thanks for being so motivating and encouraging-it means SO much to me!
Hey Blue! (Love the name) I love trying to turn "regular" meals into tasty ones without losing the flavor. I know what you mean about the appetite it is my biggest challenge sometimes but getting better and so will you..Keep in touch
Hi Blue, thanks for posting a comment in my BodySpace blog. I really enjoy learning why various foods caused havoc in my body. The more I learn, the more motivated I become to stay on track. I recently heard cloned meat has been approved, but I'm surprised FDA is not willing to provide labeling. Well, actually, I'm not surprised. lol Oh well. T
I'm going Thursday at 7 to the class at the community college to start back up. I haven't seen these people since I've gained all this weight and I'm freakin' pretty hard about it! This is where I started and I will be wearing a while belt again until Sensei says otherwise-but that's okay-less pressure! I'm allowing myself to be a white belt again if that makes any sense?
So no more fishies for you huh?! Well me too-I ate some sushi from Trader Joe's and I could barely keep it down-I would love to be vegan some day but not sure that I could, although I choose vegan stuff whenever I get the chance, now if they made a vegan blue cheese-I'd be set (chips aren't my thing...but blue cheese-oh my goodness!)And Maynard did give me a gift-you are absolutely right. I wish that I would have been able to take him home :(
Thank you for your comments on my blog Miss Blue!Tiger Balm patches?! I have 3 jars of goopy tiger balm and even some liquid tiger balm...but they are so strong smelling that I don't use it until i'm home...I will be checking out the stores!
Hi Blue, I read about your nutritional changes, and want to say great job. I know you must feel 110% better. :) I was never a drinker, but I also eliminated soda, dairy, and artificial sweeteners. Also, I still eat fish, egg whites, and poultry(twice weekly), but will not go near red meat. Continue to train hard and expect only the best. :) T
