I'm 2 weeks into a brand new bid on this journey to the best body me, and it' s proving to be true... it's harder every time you stop and start again... but I'm going to do this, THIS time.. I need some accountablity, so I'm blogging daily till I reach my mini-goal of 170lbs... I'm not married to the scale, but you need some kind of measure of your progress so I'll go by my fat loss, as evidenced by the number on the scale..
