When I Started:
How I Started:
Last deployment I just got tired of sitting around doing nothing, just got off my ass and went to the gym on the FOB.
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel, when I get up in the morning or after I get done lifting, running 10 miles on the treadmill (Only cause running outside is dangerous. mortars, rockets and all.) The energy and life you get from working out is incredible.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just do, I have never needed anything to keep me up and running. I am naturally motivated all the time.
BB Accomplishments:
Only thing that comes to mind last deployment I went from a measly 153 lbs. to a nice large 215, though I wish I could have cut it a little more I was just mass not definition.

Growing up I was a star on the field played football the majority of my life and now that I think I am back in that same state of mind I want to push myself harder then ever before and head to an open try-out with just an Arena team for now to see if I still have the mental know-how of football!
Either Cable Push Downs, some may have a different name for this but those and Kick Backs always work nice for me.

What forearm workout has worked best for you?
Not sure of the name or if it has one but, I do like to sit on a flat bench with my hands over hanging the end and just curls the bar trying to isolate my forearms.
So I finally got the nerve up to upload some pictures 11 to be exact. I have never felt so horrible in all my times I guess it feels different in the gym I think I have decent power and always feel great in the gym but once I take my clothes off it's a whole different story I feel like the same...
i have great saving skills but i have the i only live once personality so if i see something i really want i tend to buy it. but its just being focus and trying really hard not to spend.
just analize both majors and see which one you really want and even if you choose one and you dont like it you dont have to stick with it just change it. i changed my major 4 times before i got into something i like.
Hey well i am going in at 27, can you believe it!!! LOL, trust me college is cool you will find that their are a lot of older people going back in as well!!! I personally enjoyed the night classes because it had much older mature people like our age that where serious!! Either way its not that bad hun!!
yeah thats the hard part but if you put your mind to it i msure it will fly by also there are a lot of people in the mid and late 20's going back to school so it wont be so bad, just dont wait till your 50.
i did 4 years JROTC Airforce and 4 years ROTC Army i really wanted to sign and go active but at the time it was not a good idea. All to you man its because of guys like you we can still have our freedom today.
wow man thats true. I bet it is tough there to eat healthy all the time. Just remember that calories in and calories out is what counts. Make sure that you are not carrying excess calories through out the day that you will not use.
Thanks bro! good to hear! We always have great ab articles published. Yah abs are the toughest area to develope. Remember that it is mainly nutrition that will improve your abs the most.
