Captain Ahab You are right, progress is progress. Everyone's bodies are different and lose weight at different rates. Sometimes you can kick-start it by eating 5 to 6 small, higher protein, low glycemic carb and good fat meals per day, 6 days a week and then have 1 so called cheat day a week. RobertJBanach Opt. Nutrition was having a sale, so I decided to give them a try, only 24g protein. I'm going to do an AM, Pre-, Post-, & PM, for 96g. This will take my avg Daily up to 200g, which is 1.3x's by body weight, recommended is 1.5x's so the balance I'll pick up in my diet. Let's see if this stuff really works. Really have that Chevelle?
