When I Started:
Apr, 2007
How I Started:
Well I've always been tall and not very big and one day I just got tired of doing nothing about it. I decided it was time for a change and I subscribed for a year at my gym. I knew that working out wouldn't be a problem. The biggest problem for me would be to eat properly so I could gain some mass. I was used to go to school in the morning without eating breakfast, skipping lunch and other meals. Now I try my best to eat every 3 hours and to never skip a meal or a shake.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing the results in the mirror or on the scale.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's not even an option to train. I must go and there's no way I can be proud of myself If I don't train enough

Well I hope to be 200 pounds by the end of the summer. I've gained a lot of weight in a short amount of time so I know most of it isn't pure muscle. I'll continue to train like I do, 5 times a week, to slowly change that weight into lean muscle. It will take a long time but right now I really love to train so there's no way i'm stopping now.

I wish you the very best this holiday season and that your heart be content with the joys that come this time of the year. Blessings to you and your body in 2008- MJ-fitchik4life-Love a priceless gift-that we all can afford.
All is well. Turning the training up a notch. Mixing things up with a hip hop dance class too, lots of fun! How long have you been on your current program? Its probably time to switch.
Thanks for the comment! I've been working hard to get where I am today and I'm looking to improve my physique further. You're looking fit, keep up the good work!
Bloody R, thanks for being so supportive since the beginning. No Ms. Olympia for me! I like staying leaner and smaller. But I might go for the Ms. Bikini America nationals which are in November. Lemme know what's going on with you, though. Take care. Better
I'm doing great! I lost a bit of steam at the end of the program so I don't think I did as well as i could. I did lose fat though. I'm down to 19%. By the end of the year I want 14%. I'm much stronger too. I've started an 8 week program, to get quicker results. We'll see. Looks like you've leaned out a bit!
