When I Started:
Jul, 2006
How I Started:
I got started Bodybuilding straight out of high school. I have always been called "skinny" and termed "weak". Bodybuilding is a way for me to prove those people wrong and I have also started to obtain a sort of addiction to the art of bodybuilding. I started Bodybuilding more when I entered my Freshman year at Ball State because I have a gym for me to visit a few blocks from my dorm room.
Why I Love It:
I love Bodybuilding because it is the one thing I can do to actually TRANSFORM myself and my image. People can take my money, my self-esteem, my pride, but they cannot take my body. I love Bodybuilding because you get out of it exactly what you put into it. I love Bodybuilding because the pain and suffering I endure in the gym helps me to forget my "outside the gym" worries.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by checking my weight and by posing. Yes, I am very small now, but I am SO much bigger and stronger than I was in high school. It's unbelievable!
BB Accomplishments:
I went from a weak 145 pounds my senior year to a sturdy 170 pounds. 170 is my current weight and I plan on exceeding well over 200. Also I want to improve my biceps. Everything save my biceps seems to be coming along great.
Why I like this video: Because Arnold is a true Bodybuilder. Steroids or not, this man KNEW what to do to become the best. He put in the hours of BRUTAL training and punished his body until achieving a level of fitness any bodybuilder can approve of.
Ronnie Coleman
Played: 79
Why I like this video: Because Ronnie Coleman is truly the BIGGEST bodybuilder around. Damn, this guy makes me feel like a shrimp. Keep pumping that iron Ronnie!

Looking lean man. keep it up. I was really really skinny in high school too. right around 140. I passed the 200 mark in november, 215 to be exact. And if I can do it anybody can!
For Triceps:
Towels/Ropes:
F irst you will need a training partner and an upright bench so your back will be braced against it. You take one end of the towel and grip like you would a dumbell for overhead dumbell extensions (for tris) - your partner will sit on the floor behind you and hold the other end of the towel/rope
Your partner controls the intensity of the exercise, creating resistance on both the way up AND the negative on the way down as you try to resist
From reading your comments it sounds like you are transforming your body well. Your shoulders look impressive in your profile pic. Keep training strong.
