How I Started:
I started going to the gym my jr. year in high school, and have been on and off ever since. I stopped for a while and lost my shape. I have finally decided I want to take it to the next level and get that six pack I have been longing for =P

How I Stay Motivated:
After looking at all the perfect bodies on this site, how couldn’t I stay motivated?
Just wanted to let everyone know that I have not givin up on any of my goals! I've just started feeling back to normle again, & getting back into the gym. I will soon have some new pics!
