I have already lost around 30lbs... I still want to lose about another 10-12. At the same time, I would like to tone and gain muscle... Any suggestions? I go to the gym and do about 30 mins of lifting and 30 mins of cardio... since I just got a new Ipod I want to be doing 45-60mins of cardio 3-4 times a week.

It sounds like you are doing what you need to do to lose the weight. Not sure of your weight training program. You need to share what you have been doing so us at BB can supply some ideas. I am sure the ladies of BB will share what works for them. Congrads on your recent accomplishments. I will keep an eye open to see how you doing.
