How I Started:
Used to be very active, but moved to an area without a gym, and made lots of excuses. Now that I started coaching cheerleading, I want to get in the best shape possible for myself and to be an example to them.
Why I Love It:
Nothing compares to the feeling after a workout - well, almost nothing. It provides me with a sense of control over my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
This website has motivated me lately. Amazing people here (not to mention some of their pics). Love to hear how hard everyone works to obtain/maintain their bodies.
I just ordered tickets to all Olympia events!!!! Yippee!!!! Haven't been down there since they moved from Mandalay Bay. I'm very excited!!! What could be more motivating, then wanting to look good for that weekend???? And booked a super happenin' hotel on the Strip........ I LOVE VEGAS.
