I lost 13 pounds in 3 weeks just from switching up my diet. Ive never lost that much fat before. ****er Nucker thats AWESOME

Start doing lots of cardio with straightup body weighted excercises. Need strength and endurance

Just started working at FedEx and i do warehouse work there. They bust my ass but i will be loosing alot of weight there

Currently doing alot more cardio and trying to cut down and build more strength. Going to college for Nutrition and sports and medicine =)

Well i currently have to workout at home...i need to join a real gym and get this party started!!
