Having so much energy as a kid i felt like i was going to explode...
Why I Love It:
It keeps me healthy and looking good. I have way too much energy to let go to waste. GET PUMPED!
How I Stay Motivated:
Truthfully this may sound strange to some but i like to think of it this way, if i was in a situation where i had to save 10 people around me and myself from a burning building and that depended on my strength and how quickly i could get us out...well then with that in mind it keeps me pretty damn motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
OK! Now what are everyones major accomplishments when it comes to this website and why us health nuts do what we "do"? Ask yourself that...if you see what most peoples answers are, what do they say? Normally its "i want to inspire!" or "i want to be healthier!"...but what is it really? What are you REALLY trying to do? This...life that we are living...is full of so much. Why do we choose to fill our lives with nutrition, lifting, and concentration the way we do? Why do kids at the age of 15 say no to partying and going out to stay home and start training before they even experience the life of a average teenager? Our lives revolve around this LIFESTYLE that we dedicate ourselves to...but do we half ass it? 80%? 99%? or 100%? We all die one day...but what was it unless we lived it first? When all goes out the window all you have is you...your mind body and soul. Our bodies are a temple and we have to love and nurture it because it's the one thing no one can take from us...We are a different kind of breed - We understand things on a different level than others...we are more connected with ourselves...mind body and soul altogether. We do this because we have to, its in our blood and we need this. This feeling of accomplishment and pride. This feeling of admiration and the inspiration we give. It is all of it. The education we give...this feeling of being needed. This feeling of being useful and being here for a reason...it all goes together. Do what you do. Keep going. Keep teaching. Keep building. Keep growing. Keep conquering and keep succeeding. We deserve this & need this, just remember why your doing it. - Carter
I was really skinny then...i weighed in the 130's and i really didnt eat the way i should
Im FINALLY getting my abs back to how they used to be. First picture taken when i was 16...destroyed my abs everyday to get them like that. Second picture taken 10-15-09. I dont work them out as much i just eat MUCH much much healthier. It pays off. More to come soon. Ill get to where i want!!!!
Wont be on here much anymore-i have a facebook, add me
Goal (Long):
I want to be able to look back and be like - you know what...i really did that. I had a goal that looked unreachable and unconquerable but i destroyed it. I reached out with my bare hands, grasped it, and formed it into what i wanted it to be. And i did so proudly, with confidence and a feeling of accomplishment. - If i can feel that...its all worth it in the end.
Description: I have good balance and im pretty strong so im just going from a sitting position into a handstand. I can also do pushups in a handstand position.
