Overall Goal: Turn my body into a sculpted, fat-burning powerhouse! I'm ready to make some BIG changes, gain back my confidence and get my sexy body back!
Overall goal is to drop a total of 35-40lbs by Aug '09.
Fit Status:
Powered through an hour on the Arc Trainer this morning, burned 1,025 cals (gotta feel good 'bout that!)
Turn my body into a sculpted, fat-burning powerhouse! I'm ready to make some BIG changes, gain back my confidence and get my sexy body back!
Overall goal is to drop a total of 35-40lbs by Aug '09.
Goal (Long):
Although my main goal is to lose 40lbs, I'm taking one step at a time so I don't discourage myself.
Short Term Goals:
1) Go an ENTIRE month (until 5/8/09) without eating past 8:30pm.
2) Do a minimum of (5)60-min cardio workouts per week.
3)Lose 10lbs by 5/15/09
4) Lose (another) 10lbs by 6/20/09
5) Be 40lbs lighter by my birthday, August 26th.
My Plan:
- Stop eating after 8:30!
- Stop criticizing my weaknesses in the mirror!!
- Say something positive to myself every morning in the mirror.
- Continue my 2-a-day workouts (1hr cardio + strength training in AM and PM)
- Focus on more lean protein
- Limit carbs
- Avoid sugar like the plague!!
- Continue drinking 3-5 liters of water/day
- Drink at least 3 cups of oolong tea before noon every day (I had great success with this last time).
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 40 lb

I pounded out an hour on the Cybex Arc Trainer this morning, burning 1,025 cals. Feel pretty good about that! BUT, the REAL reason for this post is to let you know that my "Rapid Fat Loss" combo (2nd to last section on this page: www.bodybuilding.com/store/wgtcombo.htm# rfl) I ordered...
I'm 5'4 " and want to get down to 125. I thin we have an advantage since we do know how good it feels to be in shape...it's so frustrating for me to see how I let myself go! I love a challenge though, and this will definately be one for me!
