Overall Goal: It is the end of the semester and I am in the middle of finals. I finally hit 190 and it feels good. Working my way to 210 by Spring 2010. Worked out tonight after 4 weeks....I hurt and it feels good.

I got tired of being the skinny small guy of all my friends. I made myself a promise that when I finished school I would start working out. I did it off and on for a while and started to see some progress. Now I am working hard to make my goal.
Why I Love It:
Working out for me is a great stress reliever and a way to stay healthy. I decided to take it out on the weights and not on other people.
How I Stay Motivated:
I talk to regular people here and get inspired from the hard work they have put into their bodies to stay healthy, loose weight and gain muscle mass. My buddies Spike06-Bigmuscle1-Watercus-RafMorris37, fellas thanks so much for all the help.

Goal (Long):
My goal is to be 210lbs rock solid, 32 waist, 56 inch chest, 22 inch guns, thick legs and gluts. By Spring 2010. I am looking to finally compete in my first show by the Summer of 2010.
Anthony has the size and build of a champion and is a great inspiration to us short brothers that are in the gym beating up the weights. Now this is the look for 2010.... Great work Bro

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Do something every day...walk, run, pick up the weights. I also talk to other bodybuilders that are looking to compete for the fist time and get motivation from them as well.

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Garret Downing and Dexter Jackson, we are all the same height and looking at them gives me a perspective of how big I can get.

and think that was last's year Santa. this years version is new and improved just didn't have the time to take a new pic. feeling really good about my progress in past few months. bulking has help me gain in strenght, which should lead to mass gains. will take so new progress pics in Jan where it will be 2 1/2 years. so how are you doing? hit me when you get a chance.
