How I Started:
I got tired of being the skinny small guy of all my friends. I made myself a promise that when I finished school I would start working out. I did it off and on for a while, but, now that I have a trainer I really want to reach my goal.
Why I Love It:
Working out for me is a great stress relief. I can focus and remember that so many African American men are dying of heart disease and obesity because of the lack of diet and exercise. I want to be healthy at 40 and for the rest of my life for myself and my children.
How I Stay Motivated:
I talk to regular people here and get inspired from the hard work they have put into their bodies to stay healthy, loose weight and gain muscle mass. My buddies Spike06-Bigmuscle1-Watercus-RafMorris37, fellas thanks so much for all the help.
BB Accomplishments:
Just getting started and staying with it and seeing some changes in my muscle mass.

This was the beginning of the transformation.
Starting the ab work process. This is two weeks of work.
My goal is to be 235lbs with the measurements of 56chest 32waist 20guns washboard abs and thick legs and gluts. Opening a new store is keeping me from competing so I have to show my clients I'm good and fit.
Goal (Long):
The store is scheduled to open November 1, 2008. On opening day I want to look like the poster man for suits made for bodybuilders.

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Do something every day...walk, run, pick up the weights. I also talk to other bodybuilders that are looking to compete for the fist time and get motivation from them as well.

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?

Try split sets, and Variety
Been changing up your workout enough? Pushups usually help me when I think my chest is lagging or I want to emphasize. My ab routine is always evolving. Good luck on finding a workout partner.
