Background
I got tired of being the skinny small guy of all my friends. I made myself a promise that when I finished school I would start working out. I did it off and on for a while and started to see some progress. Now I am working hard to make my goal.
Working out for me is a great stress reliever and a way to stay healthy. I decided to take it out on the weights and not on other people.

I have packed on as much weight as I can. I am sitting at 195 so now its time for my cutting phase. The next 12 weeks will prove what I will look like for the summer and the show I'm going to see.
