Aug, 2001
How I Started:
I've always been active but I seriously started to workout due to Bordom one day and fell in love with fitness.
Why I Love It:
Working out makes me feel great and gives me tons of energy and great sleep at night. I love the way it makes me look as well.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by my supportive husband who works out daily and also my seeing my own progress. I love it when I'm in shape and looking good and feeling good. Also, looking at other female profiles keep me motivated. Just seeing how they transform their bodies is amazing! I want to do that!!!!
Weight is at 148 in this picture. I am lucky to have muscular genes. I feel like I carry my weight pretty well, but it's time to shape it up and ship out the fat! 148 at 5'2" is not good!!!
I can actually tell a good difference from this angle. If you all could only see my before back pic.I have on panties so I can't put it up. My love handle creases are getting smaller and I no longer have dimples on the back of my thighs. It was way worse. I'm happy with these results! 145 lbs
I just want to stick to a good exercise and diet plan in order to reach my goals. I want to change my lifestyle successfully. Here we go!
Goal (Long):
I have always been active in some way. I ran track in High School and after High School I continued to workout on my own. I joined the Navy at the age of 20 and about two years later I started going to the gym out of bordom and fell in love with working out. People use to think I was training for a fitness event then. That is when I started to read about fitness and the definition of eating clean. I was doing really well until I decided to get out of the Navy and go to school fulltime. I stopped working out, I got married and every since then it has been a struggle to get back on track. The weight is slowly piling on and I am finally serious about losing the extra weight. I am still in college and am currently in Army ROTC, but it's not enough. I'm not active duty so I don't PT everyday or during the summer. I just turned 28 on August 3rd and I want to see my abs before I am 30 which is very possible. I would actually like to achieve that goal by April next year at the age of 28. I have 4-6 months to achieve my newly set goals. Let's get this party started!
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 25 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
10%

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I am currently about to do a cleanse and follow that up with a diet of fish veges, fruits, lots of water, protein powder mixed with skim milk and whole grains, some nuts and tea.
I'm doing well and feeling great. I have 82 days left in my challenge. I am so happy and excited about my goals. I've been working out really well and eating extremely healthy. That was so hard to do, but it's being done. I've been eating lots of veges and fruit and lean proteins. I need to up...
hope u had a good productive weekend. worked out, ate clean and took note of self as far as improvements go. if u have then GREAT!! and keep up the good work.
I know what you mean, i haven't been on here in 3 days. Just been so busy. Got cardio, walking lunges and ab workouts out the way! leaving in a little while to the hairdresser.
Glad to see that you finally found your niche. I hope that the momentum that you have gained carries you to your fitness goals and beyond. Hope you like the new profile pic.
Thank you! I try to be the best mom that I can, even though it never feels like enough--there is so much you want to do, and you have to remind yourself that all they want is TIME. Of my list of 5 things, I prioritized, did two, and made a cardboard condo on the floor with Lil' Bit.
How's training going? You look great. I'm always trying to improve my diet. Any suggestions? Please don't tell me I have to give up cookies and cake! lol
