How I Started:
I was 5'7 110lbs, do i need to say anymore? Also, i was very unproportional from playing tennis for 3 yrs in high school. The first time i stepped in the gym, my right arm could bench 35lb for 8 max, and my left did 20lb for 6 max :(
Why I Love It:
After about a year, i reached my goal and begun to look proportional. I continued going to the gym because it was a peaceful escape from my busy life. Honestly, i would continue lifting even if i did not gain an ounce of muscle.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look in the mirror and say "i'm gonna do hiit tommorow"

Hey Tony, just read ur article(wotw- best intermediate workout), looks pretty intense, my present workout has is decent and has given me good results but i'll definitely give ur workout program a shot after my present program, thnx a lot 4 helpin out, take care
