How I Started: Soccer player all my life. Didn't start lifting until spring 2006. Didn't get serious until summer/fall 06. Now trying to add as much muscle as I can with as little bodyfat! (who isn't) Feel free to leave me a comment or message if you'd like to chat.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
If its towards the end of a set of squats or deads, i don't mind. Throughout a set of curls? Annoying.

thanks for the advice on calorie intake, ive started to gain weight eating around 4000 calories a day.. just wondering how much weight to gain before i start leaning out again..????
