Soccer player all my life. Didn't start lifting until spring 2006. Didn't get serious until summer/fall 06. Now trying to add as much muscle as I can with as little bodyfat! (who isn't) Feel free to leave me a comment or message if you'd like to chat.

Just began weight lifting a few months before.
I look bigger here but if anything I've lost some weight due to soccer camp/season. Lower BF probably.

thanks for the advice on calorie intake, ive started to gain weight eating around 4000 calories a day.. just wondering how much weight to gain before i start leaning out again..????
