i read ur article from 04 and i totally agree on what foods are good and bad...i can cut out bad foods and drink water...i just had a quick question like do u think playing basketball and swimming for about an hour each would be good exercise...im not a person who can run distances and i have no machines to help me...in bball i do run alot and swimming i like...i was wondering if these would help to make me lose wieght
woe woe woe. im reading all those diet plans for keto and im astonished by how much fat there is. and are there any meals that would be a little easier to make(discluding the bacon lol) and what do u think would work for a whole week. And on those 2 days were u have no restrictions can u really totaly splurge and eat anyfood u ever wanted?
Great diet plan. Says no fat on workout days, is that just post workout meal or for whole day? And, is there a creatine you recommend. Aint had a lot of luck with creatine over the years.
