For the record, I may have measured my waste wrong. I wear a 34 pants, but I had a big dinner and measured more around my beer gut than actual waist line, so don't let the whopping number below scare you!
How I Stay Motivated:
BB Accomplishments:
At age 26 when I was actually working out I was at 195 and hit my personal best of 265 bench. I've got to get remotivated and get back up there, because now there's no excuse.
This is pretty embarrassing. I'd like to say that it was just a bad couple of months that put me to this spot, but truth be told, it was a long year that did me in. I've got no excuses. 206 lbs, haven't hit the gym in over 6 months.
This is the final contest picture. I had a couple of beers this and last weekend, so I'm sure their in their somewhere. Even though the comp is over, I expect to get some definition in the mid section in the next 6 weeks or so.

Hi, just dropping you a line... Seeing how training is going? See you have not logged in sometime. Hope your still working out and growing HUGE!! - Aaron
Eating small meals every 2-3 hours with high protein, complex carbs. I've been keeping my salt intake low and doing cardio almost everyday. I usually do a 15 min/mi walking pace at a steep incline. I workout abs every 2-3 days mixing between doing a workout from p90x and weight training. it's been going slow but i've started to see some results. hopefully i will have them cut up in 2 weeks. Good luck with your comp.
