Just got motivated into looking better and getting healthier! I've always enjoyed working out. I loved advanced pe in High School, then I got pregnant my junior year and fell off the fitness wagon! But I'm back and fired up more than ever!
Why I Love It:
It helps relax me and it has built up my self-esteem. Not only that but it shows my kids how to live a longer, healthier lifestyle. I do everything for them and oh the things they will accomplish, especially Jackson when he gets to start lifting weights!
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a lil competition going on with my hubby and that has helped a lot. Not only that but my kids keep me motivated. I'm tried of being called "fat momma". LOL!!
BB Accomplishments:
None yet, but I'm looking forward to the day I get to add some on here!

BlessedMom23 changed Body Fat from 25% to 22%, a loss of 3 percentage points in 95 days
My fitness goal is to shed this fat off & lower my body fat % and to gain strength and muscle definition!
Goal (Long):
All my life I have had low self-esteem, I want to raise my self-esteem and get healthy and toned. I want to be in shape for myself and to show my kids being healthy is the way of life. I would love to be able to bench press my own weight and do pullups for the first time ever!
I want to be able to be my husband's spotter without being so nervous and afraid for him. (lol)
You are so inspiring, your body looks amazing! This is how I want to look. This is what I'm working hard at. I want to be lean and toned! You are such an inspiration! When I think of women body builders I use to think of the manly looking ones and that scared me away from lifting weights, but I know the truth now.
Other than the obvious benefits (appearance, health, etc.), how has bodybuilding and fitness improved your overall life?
It has raised my self-esteem and my self confidence up so much. I'm much more confident in myself and my abilities now than I ever have been. I'm more vocal and honest and not afraid to speak up. It has helped me be a better mother to my kids. How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you in your career?
As a dog groomer and dog person there are times when I have to put large dogs on the table, as I'm getting stronger I'm able to lift with ease than struggle. How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you to be a better parent?
When I get to workout at the gym before my kids come home from school, I much more patient with them, so it calms me and makes me in a better mood. Also I take them to the gym almost everyday after school or sometime in the evening to get some exercise in. Well I wanted to share I have been doing real good here lately! My eating habits have been good, and I've strayed away from my temptations alot better. I started taking MusclePharm's Shred Matrix and it says it helps curve your sweet cravings and as of today I believe it does do that. ...
Reason: Fat burner..it's suppose to help control sugar cravings too, hope it works!

WOW~~ you have made some great progress in sept! Keep working hard~! thanks for your friend request and my advise it this- 1. work with your body and your hormones.; 2. lift hard and heavy often with your big muscle groups :CHEST, BACK and LEGS!!
the superpump really gave me more umph to my workout, it gets you that last bit of strength to get through that last hard set and helps you push yourself, really took my workout to a new level
