Thanks for the compliments. Yes, I did part of the p90x program (no ab ripper or cardio stuff). Just the main workout program (pushups, pullups, etc). You just need to make sure you eat properly and get your complex carbs so you have energy to finish the workouts.
Great job on starting p90X. Those are some really great workouts. I love the plyometrics workout. Just keep with it and listen to Tony, he is probably the best video workout partner I have ever had!
Hey Girl! Hmmmmm, wanna' add size? I don't know...besides FOOD - and plenty of it. U'll need protein and please don't neglect Carbohydrates...our primary fuel source. *smile*
